Indian chromite, lignite and bauxite production increase YoY in August

According to a recent statement released by Indian Mines Ministry, India produced 53,900kt of coal, 3,700kt of lignite, 1,970kt of iron ore, 1,737kt of bauxite, 175kt of chromite and 180kt of manganese ore in August. Compared with a year earlier, the chromite, lignite and bauxite production all saw growth.
