    51% equity of Ben Gang Group Corporation transferred to Ansteel for free

    According to Benxi Steel Plates on October 13, the decision by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Liaoning Provincial Government to transfer the 51% equity of Ben Gang Group Corporation to Ansteel for free has been realized with relevant industrial and commercial procedures completed.

    Upon completion of the transference, Ansteel becomes the controlling shareholder of Ben Gang Group Corporation, and also the indirectly controlling shareholder of Benxi Steel Plates by indirectly holding a total 76.67% stake in the latter via Ben Gang Group Corporation, Benxi Iron and Steel (Group) and Ansteel Capital Holding, while Benxi Iron and Steel (Group) holds a 58.Asian Metal Copyright67% stake in the latter via Ben Gang Group Corporation, Benxi Iron and Steel Group and Ansteel Capital Holding, while Benxi Iron and Steel Group holds a 58.Asian Metal Copyright65% stake and is still the directly controlling shareholder of Benxi Steel Plates.
