It is reported that some plants in Haidong City and Xining City, Qinghai Province, had received a notice that companies in Xining, Haidong, Haixi, Huanghua, Hainan and Haibei of the province need to implement class I orderly power consumption plan, as there is a gap of 2 million KWH from 0:00 to 24:00 on October 12 according to the control center warning.
