Jiuwu Hi-Tech to raise no more than RMB160 million through private placement

Jiuwu Hi-Tech announced that it will issue no more than 10 million shares to specific targets through simple procedures to raise no more than RMB160 million (USD24.85 million). All the funds, after deducting issuance fees, will be used to invest in the salt lake lithium extraction pilot platform construction project and the solid, hazard, waste materials smart cloud warehouse comprehensive service project and supplement working capitals.
