Fuda Alloy announced on the evening of September 27 that the company plans to acquire the equity of Kaiman Aluminum (Sanmenxia) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanmenxia Aluminum") held by companies such as Hangzhou Jinjiang Group. In addition, Wang Dawu and Wang Zhongnan collectively transferred 7,656,300 shares (accounting for 5.56% of the total share capital of the listed company) of the company they held to Hangzhou Jinjiang Group or its designated entities. This transaction is expected to constitute a major asset reorganization.
