On 26 September, Liaoning Provincial Industry and Informatization Department and State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Supply Co., Ltd. held the provincial power guarantee meeting.
According to the meeting, Liaoning Provincial Industry and Informatization Department is required to strengthen supervision and inspection on implementation of orderly power utilization, ensure proper implementation of orderly power utilization and prevent power curtailment from making negative impacts on work safety, people's livelihood and important users. State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Supply Co., Ltd. is required to extend forecasting period and warning level issuance period of orderly power utilization load gap and expand scope of notification for users to make power utilization plans in advance.
