Shenhuo Coal & Power to acquire 25% equity of Shanghai Sunho Aluminum Foil

Shenhuo Coal & Power announced on the evening of September 23 that the company decided to acquire 25% equity of Shanghai Sunho Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. held by SINO Bright (HK) International Investment Limited by means of agreement transfer, with an acquisition price of about 93.32 million yuan (14.45 million US dollars). After the acquisition, Shanghai Sunho Aluminum Foil will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
In the first half of 2021, Shenhuo Coal & Power produced 16,500t of aluminum foil and sold 16,200t.
