TBEA's subsidiary signs a sales agreement of about RMB15.458 billion of primary polysilicon

TBEA announced that the company's holding subsidiary Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. and its holding subsidiaries Xinjiang Xinte Crystalline Silicon High-Tech Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Xinte Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. (Xinte Energy Company) and Shuangliang Silicon Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd. signed the "Polysilicon Strategic Cooperation Purchase Agreement" stating that Shuangliang Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. will purchase 82,200 tons of primary polysilicon from Xinte Energy Company during January 2022-December 2026. If calculated according to the latest average transaction price of single crystal dense materials announced by the Silicon Industry Branch, the total amount of the agreement is estimated to reach about RMB15.458 billion (USD2.39 billion) (excluding tax, this estimated price does not constitute a price commitment).
