Changzhi's raw coal output increases by 13.54% YoY in Jan-Jul

Data from Changzhi Municipal Bureau of Statistics showed that from January to July 2021, Changzhi's raw coal output above designated size was 90,175.3kt, up by 13.54% year-on-year and 16.83% over the same period in 2019, with a two-year average growth of 8.09%.
In particular, the output of anthracite was 14,239.7kt, down by 2.56% year on year; that of bituminous coal was 11,120.7kt, up by 22.54% year on year, and that of general bituminous coal was 64,814.9kt, up by 16.3% year on year.
Affected by coking capacity integration, the coke output in Changchi was 9,701.8kt, down by 0.94% year on year, the first negative growth of this year.
