Pangang Group Vanadium & Titanium announced that it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dalian Bolong New Materials Co., Ltd. on September 10th. The two parties intended to cooperate on product, service, production, platform building, market exploration, technology, investment and others. In terms of product and service, Pangang Group Vanadium & Titanium is willing to give priority to supplying vanadium products to Dalian Bolong, which agrees to give priority to supplying OEM service related to vanadium electrolyte and vanadium battery energy storage systems to the former. In terms of production, the two parties negotiate to invest jointly to build a vanadium electrolyte plant so as to gradually expand vanadium battery industry scale.
