Yongji announced that it plans to invest 107 million yuan (16.61 million US dollars) in Shanghai Aiyan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. through capital increase and share expansion. After the completion of this investment, the company holds 51% of the shares of Aiyan Semiconductor.
