Laibao Hi-tech announced that it planned to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary named Chengdu Laibao Display Technology Co., Ltd. in Chengdu, Sichuan as the major executor of the construction of its medium-sized TFT-LCM project, with a planned total investment of RMB250 million (USD38.74 million) and a construction period of 15 months.
