Pangang Vanadium and Titanium to construct vanadium slag processing production line with Desheng Group

Pangang Vanadium and Titanium announced that the company signed the project cooperation framework agreement with Sichuan Desheng Group Vanadium and Titanium Co., Ltd. in Panzhihua, Sichuan on 4 September, 2021. The two sides will contribute in cash for setting up a joint venture, with Pangang Vanadium and Titanium accounting for 65-70% and Sichuan Desheng Group accounting for 30-35%. The joint venture will invest in the construction of a vanadium slag processing production line with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of vanadium pentoxide.
