Office of the Security Committee of the State Council deploys to strengthen law enforcement in production safety

The newly revised Work Safety Law came into effect on September 1, and on August 31, the Office of the Security Committee of the State Council held a video conference to deploy and strengthen the work of safety law enforcement.
The meeting called for strengthening political consciousness and responsibility consciousness, resolutely shouldering the political responsibility of preventing and resolving major safety risks, strict safety access, strict supervision and law enforcement, in-depth investigation of various risks, resolute rectification of major hidden dangers, and effective prevention and containment of various accidents.
The meeting stressed the need to highlight ways and means to improve accurate law enforcement, focus on key points, fully cover supervision of high-risk fields and enterprises, and always focus on prevention and control of those prone to major risks. We should pay attention to mobilizing the masses with technology and speeding up the pilot of "Internet plus regulation". We should strengthen guidance, assistance and support for grass-roots operations, improve the ability of law enforcement personnel to perform their duties, summarize and promote experience and practices, and drive the formation of a good law enforcement model.
