Geely Holding's LOTUS Technology global headquarter to be built in Wuhan

Geely Holding Group announced that LOTUS Technology Corporation was formed in Wuhan on August 31 and the LOTUS Technology global headquarter with an investment of RMB6.3 billion (USD0.97 billion) started construction at the same time. LOTUS is the first ultra-high-end sports car brand with its global technical headquarter to be built in China.
The LOTUS global headquarter is located in Wuhan Economic and Industrial Development Zone and starts with construction of LOTUS Technology global operation and management headquarter which will be in charge of supply chain management, global marketing and inside-China research on LOTUS intelligent pure electric vehicles. The headquarter is expected to go into operation by 2024 to help the company speed up its innovation in battery, intelligent driving and intelligent manufacturing technologies and also help it develop high-end pure electric intelligent vehicles for the global market.
