Slac to raise RMB900 million to invest in battery shell production projects and others

Slac issued its private placement plan recently, planning to raise no more than RMB900 million (USD138.78 million) to invest in a Suzhou-based aluminum bottle high-speed automated production line manufacturing project, a Changzhou-based battery shell production project, a Taian-based equipment production line base building project and a Hainan-based high-end equipment manufacturing and R&D center project.
In particular, RMB350 million (USD53.97 million) of the above raised fund will be invested in the Changzhou-based battery shell production project, which has a total investment of RMB385 million (USD56.37 million) and will formulate an annual production capacity of 115.92 million new energy vehicle square battery shells after the construction is finished.
