ICSG: Global refined copper market in surplus of 2,000t in May

International Copper Study Group (ICSG) said in its latest monthly report that the global refined copper market was in a surplus of 2,000 tonnes in May 2021, against a deficit of 86,000 tonnes recorded in April.
From January to May, the global refined copper market was in a surplus of 80,000 tonnes, compared with 121,000 tonnes in the same period of last year, according to ICSG.
