On August 20, Sichuan held the second meeting as well as mobilization and deployment video conference for the second round of the Central ecological environmental protection supervision work leading team, to sort out, re-inspect, re-mobilize and re-deploy the inspection work.
On August 17, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued the "Notice on Launching the Second Round of the Fourth Batch of Central Ecological Environmental Protection Supervision". The central ecological environment protection supervision team will formally station in late August to conduct a one-month inspection work on Sichuan, focus on supervising the implementation of Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization and the decision and deployment of the State Council by the provincial party committee and government, the provincial departments as well as the prefecture-level party committees and governments.
