GAC Honda's new energy vehicle capacity expansion project in Huangpu District, Guangzhou officially started bidding for survey and design.
The project, with a total investment of about 2.99 billion yuan (307 million US dollars), is scheduled to start construction in October this year and be completed in 2024, according to the filing certificate. After completion, 120,000 of program series of new energy vehicles will be produced annually. According to the data, GAC Honda sold 60,060 units in July and 428,122 units in the first seven months of this year, up by 11.4% year on year.
