Hubei's largest modern coal distribution base under fully closed operation

According to the Three Gorges Daily, on August 5, one of the largest modern coal distribution "inland ports" in Hubei (the coal storage and transportation base in western Hubei) was under fully closed operation. The base is located in Yichang Zhijiang Yaojiagang National Circular Economy Demonstration Park.
The Yaojiagang Coal Specialized Wharf Project is another major project constructed by Ninggang Logistics Company after the Yaojiagang Logistics Park project and the integrated wharf project. The project covers an area of nearly 200 acres and started construction in April 2019. With a total investment of RMB470 million (USD72.46 million), two new 3,000t coal special berths will be built, supporting the construction of a strip coal yard, a buffer coal blending silo, a coal transportation and transshipment and related ancillary system. The designed static coal storage capacity is 610,000t, and the annual coal processing capacity reaches 6 million tons.
