    1. Market Highlights

    As most consumers remained active in purchasing, Chinese imported tantalum concentrate and niobium concentrate prices increased in July. Encouraged by increased production cost, Chinese tantalum oxide, tantalum metal, niobium oxide and ferroniobium prices increased further.

    As supply remained tight, European tantalite, ferroniobium and American tantalum metal market prices increased this month.
