LONGi signs long-term photovoltaic glass purchase framework agreement with Xinyi Solar

LONGi announced that on August 9, 2021 its fully owned subsidiary LONGI Leye signed a long-term photovoltaic glass purchase framework agreement with Xinyi Solar Holding Limited's Hong Kong branch. According to the agreement, from September 2021 to December 2024 LONGI Leye will purchase from Xinyi Solar's Hong Kong branch no less than 35% of its annual photovoltaic glass consumption. Purchase prices will be decided on a monthly basis, and specific purchase volumes and amounts will be laid down in the actual purchase orders.
