Jigang's 3.313 billion shares of Shandong Iron and Steel to be transferred to SD Steel

Shandong Iron and Steel Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Iron and Steel) announced recently that its 3.313 billion shares (30.26% shares of the total) will be freely transferred from Jigang Group (hereinafter referred to as Jigang) to Shandong Iron & Steel Group (hereinafter referred to as SD Steel) in order to make the equity relation clear and optimize equity structure.
Before this transfer, Jigang holds 3.313 billion shares or 30.26% shares of Shandong Iron and Steel, being the largest shareholder of the latter; Shangang directly holds 260 million shares or 2.37% shares of Shandong Iron and Steel, of which the actual controller is Shandong Provincial State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
