Before this transfer, Jigang holds 3.313 billion shares or 30.Asian Metal CopyrightShandong Iron and Steel Company Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright26% shares of Shandong Iron and Steel, being the largest shareholder of the latter; Shangang directly holds 260 million shares or 2.Asian Metal Copyright26% shares of Shandong Iron and Steel, being the largest shareholder of the latter; Shangang directly holds 260 million shares or 2.Asian Metal Copyright37% shares of Shandong Iron and Steel, of which the actual controller is Shandong Provincial State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
