Victory Precision to set up joint venture subsidiary

On 2 August, Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd. announced that it planned to set up a joint venture with Yunnan Energy New Material Co., Ltd. and its interest parties and signed the framework agreement regarding acquisition of Suzhou Fuqiang Technology Co., Ltd. and JOT Automation Ltd., aiming to acquire 100% equities of these two companies through the new joint venture at a valuation of about RMB800 million (USD123.76 million).
Focusing on 3C consumer electronics and new energy fields, the joint venture will customize intelligent manufacturing overall solutions for customers and develop lithium battery separator production equipment manufacturing and technological upgrading business. Victory Precision is mainly engaged in mobile terminal products and intelligent manufacturing of magnesium alloy, aluminum alloy, steel work and structural parts of different materials.
