Wongtee International to acquire equities of Ever Power Semiconductor

Wongtee International announced that it planned to acquire equities of Dexing Ever Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd., which was set up by Ever industrial investment fund and founder team. By the date of the announcement, Wongtee International signed the transfer agreement with related shareholders of Ever industrial investment fund. After the acquisition, Wongtee International will indirectly hold equities of Ever Power Semiconductor through Ever industrial investment fund.
In addition to this deal, Wongtee International is still negotiating equity acquisition and cooperation with core management of Ever Power Semiconductor at present. Ever Power Semiconductor is mainly engaged in design, production and sales of power semiconductor device and intelligent power control device, integrating chip design, wafer production and module design.
