Poland's coal production up by 7.01% YoY in Jan-Jun

According to statistics released by Central Statistical Office of Poland, Poland's coal output recorded about 4.45 million tons in June, an increase of 16.03% from the same period last year and a rise of 0.79% compared with last month; the output of lignite was about 4.21 million tons, up by 8.40% YoY and 7.73% MoM.
From January to June 2021, Poland produced 52.39 million tons of coal, up by 7.01% from the same period last year. Among them, the hard coal production was 27.78 million tons, up by 4.68% YoY; and the lignite output was 24.61 million tons, up by 9.75% YoY.
