JSW Steel's crude steel output declines in Q1 FY2022

India-based JSW Steel reported crude steel production of 4.1 million tons in the first quarter of FY2022 (from April 2021 to March 2022), down by 2% MoM while up by 39% YoY.
From April to June, JSW Steel saw steel sales of 3.61 million tons, up by 29% compared with the same period last year, but the figure declined 11% against that from January to March due to dim demand impacted by the epidemic.
