Mexico launches first anti-dumping sunset review on wire rod from China

On September 2, 2015, Mexico launched an anti-dumping investigation on steel wire rod originating from or imported from China. On July 28, 2016, Mexico made a final anti-dumping decision on steel wire rod from China, and decided to impose an anti-dumping duty of USD0.49/kg on the products involved.
. During the investigation, the anti-dumping measures determined by the final decision on July 28, 2016 continued to be effective . The dumping investigation period of this case is from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, and the period of damage investigation is from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2021 . The tax numbers of TIGIE products involved are 7213 . 10 . 01, 7213 . 20 . 01, 7213 . 91 . 03, 7213 . 99 . 99, 7227 . 10 . 01, 7227 . 20 . 01, 7227 . 90 . 99, 9802 . 00 . 01, 9802 . 00 . 07, 9802 . 00 . 13, 9802 . 00 . 19 and 9802 . 00 . 23 . The announcement shall come into effect from the day after its promulgation.
