U.S. makes final injury determination on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam

On July 19, 2021, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted in favor of an affirmative final injury determination on seamless refined copper pipe and tube originating in Vietnam. ITC determined that the U.S. domestic industry is materially injured by reason of imports of the products involved. Five ITC members voted in the affirmative. As a result of ITC's affirmative determination, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue an anti-dumping duty order on imports of these products from Vietnam.
On July 21, 2021, the Department of Commerce launched anti-dumping investigation on seamless refined copper pipe and tube originating in Vietnam. On June 17, 2021, the Department of Commerce made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on these products from Vietnam.
