Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) spokesperson Huang Libin said that he will cooperate with relevant departments to ensure the supply and price stability of bulk commodities, strengthen publicity, guidance and policy interpretation, support the upstream and downstream industries to establish long-term and stable cooperative relations, guide the upstream and downstream industries to stabilize the supply of raw materials and production, supply and marketing, and cooperate to cope with the risk of market price fluctuations. They will resolutely combat hoarding, malicious speculation, and price hikes.
