Turkey launches third anti-dumping sunset review on Chinese steel wire ropes and steel cables

On 10 July, 2021, Ministry of Trade of Turkey, based on application filed by Turkish producers, released Notice 2021/35 and announced the launch of the third anti-dumping sunset review against steel wire ropes and steel cables originating in China and Russia, involving products under Turkish customs numbers of 7312.10.81.00.00, 7312.10.83.00.00, 7312.10.85.00.00, 7312.10.89.00.00 and 7312.10.98.00.00.
On 3 June, 2004, Turkey launched the anti-dumping investigation against steel wire ropes and steel cables originating in China and Russia. On 1 December, 2004, Turkey made anti-dumping original trial positive final decision on involved Chinese and Russian products. On 21 July, 2010, Turkey made the first anti-dumping sunset review positive final decision regarding this case. On 14 July, 2016, Turkey made the second anti-dumping sunset review positive final decision regarding this case.
