Yumen city holds signing ceremony for 3-million-ton coking project

On 1 July, Yumen city held the signing ceremony and signed the cooperation agreement with Shanxi Xiaoyi Honggou Coke Co., Ltd. for the 3-million-ton coking and 300,000-ton methanol project in Dong town of Yumen.
With a total investment of RMB6.95 billion (USD1.07 billion) and a planned land area of 130 hectares, the project will construct the 2x70-hole 6.25-meter stamp-charging coke oven in two phases, each of which will be equipped with the supporting 180t/h CDQ project and 150,000-ton-per-annum methanol project.
