Shaanxi Zhaoshipan Coal Mine approved to start construction

It's reported that on June 28, Zhaoshipan Coal Mine formally obtained the Notice on the Start of Construction Recordation of Zhaoshipan Coal Mine in Yuheng Mining Area from the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
The construction site of the project is located in Hengshan District, Yulin City, Shaanxi. The total investment of the project is RMB6.504 billion (USD1.00 billion) (excluding mining rights expenses). The total construction period is 52 months, and the joint trial operation of the mine is planned in May 2025.
The Zhaoshipan Coal Mine Project has a designed production capacity of 6 million tons per year, a service life of 71.7 years, and the supporting construction of a coal preparation plant of the same scale.
