NDRC: Regular consultation mechanism for linkage supervision in spot and futures markets to be built

On June 17th, the NDRC (National Development and Reform Commission) stated that it will work with relevant departments to conduct bulk commodity market supervision, jointly investigate market deals, interview key companies and associations, investigate and check clues about suspected market manipulation and price hikes, and urge relevant market entities to operate in compliance with laws and regulations. In addition, it will also establish a regular consultation mechanism for linkage supervision in spot and futures markets together with the State Administration for Market Regulation and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
