Xi'an, Shaanxi: To conduct safety rectification for smelting enterprises

Recently, Xi'an Emergency Management Bureau issued the "Special Remediation Plan on Safety of Dust-Related Explosion, Metal Smelting, Liquid Ammonia Refrigeration Enterprises" and organized a special rectification work promotion meeting to arrange work.
The special rectification work will end at the end of June, which was divided into four stages: Plan establishment, self-examination and rectification, supervision and inspection, and rectification summary. The aim of the special campaign is to make clear of the safety management of the dust-related explosion, metal smelting, liquid ammonia refrigeration; improve the management and working mechanism of key industries and high-risk operation, and build prevention and control system to improve enterprises' ability in preventing risks. Enterprises which have high and hidden dangers shall be shut down, major potential safety accidents shall be curbed and enterprises that violate laws and regulations will be punished.
