DSBJ to form new subsidiary on NEV part business

DSBJ announced on May 24 that the company and its fully owned subsidiary Suzhou Yongchuang Metallic Technology Co., Ltd. plan to form a new subsidiary Shanghai DSBJ New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name) which is to be located in Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The new subsidiary will have a registration capital of RMB200 million (USD31.30 million), of which DSBJ and Yongchuang Metallic Technology will provide RMB190 million (USD29.74 million) and RMB10 million (USD1.57 million) respectively, equivalent to 95% and 5% of the total registration capital. The new company will focus upon research, production and selling of intelligent NEV parts and accessories.
