Recently, Guangdong Shaoguan Iron and Steel Songshan Co., Ltd. special steel rolling plant successfully produced SAE52100SF high-carbon chromium bearing steel in trial operation for the first time on its #3 high-speed production line, laying foundation for the company to expand market share of high-end bearing steel.
This kind of product will be mainly used to produce steel balls, rollers and axle sleeves of transmission shafts of internal combustion engines, electric locomotives, machine tools, steel rolling equipment and drilling machines, which has high requirements for various quality indicators such as size tolerance, out-of-roundness, surface quality, inclusions, decarburized layer, carbides, and grain size.
