According to data released by Indian government, Coal India Ltd. sold 42.51 million tons of coal through e-auction in fiscal year 2021-21, up significantly by 42.5% from 29.83 million tons in the previous fiscal year.
In March, the company's e-auction coal sales were 5.3 million tons, a sharp increase from 2.53 million tons in the same period of last year.
