The Great Wall Motor Jingmen vehicle project, located in Duodao District, Jingmen High-tech Zone, Hubei Province, has already met the conditions of trial production in July and mass production in October, and will possess an annual production capacity of about 300,000 vehicles in the future.
The project settled in Jingmen in October 2020, covering an area of more than 1,800 mu with a construction area of more than 370,000 square meters. With a total investment of RMB6 billion (USD919 million), the project will include a supporting industrial park to attract supporting enterprises in addition to the flexible production lines for SUV and Pickup truck.
