Guangdong Baojia precision stainless steel sheet materials construction project starts building

On the morning of March 28, the signing and ground-breaking ceremony of key projects for the first quarter of Jiedong district of Jieyang was held in the new part of Jiedong Economic Development Zone.
There were six key projects for ground-breaking in Jiedong district during the first quarter, including the high-end precision stainless steel sheet materials and other products construction projects of Guangdong Baojia Technology Co., Ltd. with an annual capacity of one million tons.
It was said that this project would cover an area of 500mu, which would be used to build plants and auxiliary facilities. With an estimated investment of RMB3 billion (USD457 million), this project will invest RMB800 million (USD122 million) for phase I, including an area of 145mu. Phase I of the project is expected to complete construction and start production in 2023. At that time, it could produce 200,000t of 300 series and 400 series stainless steel cold-rolled sheet materials per year, annually reach an industrial output value of RMB2 billion (USD305 million) and prime operating revenue of over RMB1 billion (USD152 million), and pay taxes of RMB40 million (USD6.09 million).
