On March 17, 2021, the European Commission announced that, in response to the application submitted by EU enterprises on December 21, 2020, it launched first anti-dumping sunset review on imports of tubes and pipes of ductile cast iron originating in India to examine whether the imports of the products involved in the case will continue or recur if the current anti-dumping measures are cancelled. The CN (Combined Nomenclature) code of the product involved in the case is ex 7303 00 10. The products involved do not include tubes and pipes of ductile cast iron without coating inside and outside. The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and the injury analysis period is from January 1, 2017 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
