Shunbo Alloy launches comprehensive utilization project of aluminum ash in Qijiang of Chongqing

Shunbo Alloy announced on March 21 that Guangdong Shunbo Aluminum Alloy Co., Ltd., its wholly-owned subsidiary, recently signed the investment agreement on comprehensive utilization of aluminum ash resources with Qijiang district government of Chongqing. The main construction contents of the project include: the production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons of calcium aluminate and 85,000 cubic meters of light bubble brick. With a planned area of 75mu, the project costs a total investment of 150 million yuan (23.06 million US dollars), of which 85 million yuan (13.06 million US dollars) is invested in fixed assets.
On February 18, the board of directors of Shunbo Alloy decided that Guangdong Shunbo, a subsidiary of Shunbo Alloy, plans to establish a project company jointly with Chongqing guanglongxiang Trading Co., Ltd. to invest in the construction of "aluminum ash resources comprehensive utilization project". Guangdong Shunbo subscribed 46.5 million yuan (7.15 million US dollars), accounting for 93% of the total capital.
Shunbo Alloy stated that in accordance with the agreement, the project company will complete the construction procedures and start construction within six months after the grounding, and complete the construction of the main project and auxiliary facilities and start production within 18 months after the land is officially delivered.
