China Risun's subsidiary signs marketing integration agreement of coke

China Risun Group Limited issued an announcement that its subsidiary Risun Marketing Co., Ltd. signed a five-year marketing integration agreement with an independent third party (the counterparty) in Shanxi, China engaged in the production of coke and chemical products on March 17, 2021.
According to the agreement, the other party is responsible for the production of coke products, while Risun Marketing is responsible for purchasing the other party's related products at the agreed price and selling them to downstream customers. Risun Marketing collects a sales service fee of RMB40/t (USD6.19/t) from the other party based on the sales volume. More importantly, the agreement allows the Group's coke operation and management services to be extended to Shanxi, China. At present, Shanxi is the province with the largest coke production volume in China.
