Wenxi County starts several magnesium alloy casting projects

On March 3, the second batch of key projects in Wenxi County, Shanxi, started in 2021. The total investment in the key projects started this time reached RMB873 million (USD135.10 million).
The main construction projects include an annual output of 40,000t of high-quality magnesium alloy and supporting billet casting production line reconstruction and expansion project of Shanxi Bada Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. with a total investment of RMB120 million (USD18.57 million), an annual output of 20,000 pieces of light metal materials (magnesium, Aluminum alloy) and precision machining technology transformation project of Shanxi Ruige Metal New Material Co., Ltd. with a total investment of RMB60 million (USD9.29 million), and military high precision magnesium aluminum alloy casting precision processing project of Shanxi Yinguang Huasheng Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. with a total investment of RMB60 million (USD9.29 million).
