Recently, Liuzhou Steel Zhongjin Stainless Steel said that on the basis of smooth tapping and production of ferronickel smelting project, it also plans to start the construction of 2.4 million tons of clean environmental protection intelligent heat recovery coking project in April, and start the construction of 700,000t stainless steel cold rolling project at the same time. At present, it plans to break ground in March.
"After the completion of the 700,000t stainless steel cold rolling project, the annual output value will hit RMB5 billion (USD0.77 billion) and the tax revenue will reach RMB300 million (USD45.99 billion), and more than 40 supporting enterprises that engage in areas such as stainless steel products and spare parts processing will be introduced. After the completion of the 2.4 million ton clean environmental protection intelligent heat recovery coking project, the environmental impact of coking process will be minimized.
