Lomon Billions announced on March 1 that the company completed a non-public offering of 208 million shares to raise RMB2.265 billion (USD350 million). The total amount of funds raised from this issuance totaled RMB2.265 billion (USD350 million), and after deducting the issuance cost of RMB23.347 million (USD3.610 million) (excluding value-added tax), the net amount of funds raised was RMB2.241 billion (USD347 million).
According to previous announcements, Lomon Billions plans to raise funds of no more than RMB2.265 billion (USD350 million), and the raised funds after deducting related issuance expenses will be used for the construction of a production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons of titanium dioxide produced by chloride process and to supplement working capital.
