Shandong Hongshun starts construction of Sino-Europe Circular Science and Technology Industrial Park project

On February 26, Binzhou Shandong Hongshun Circular Technology Co., Ltd. held the commencement ceremony of Sino-Europe Recycling Technology Industrial Park project.
The total investment of the project is 1.48 billion yuan (229 million US dollars), and 430 million yuan (66.44 million US dollars) is planned to be completed in 2021. The project will build internationally advanced metal crushing and sorting production lines, secondary aluminum production lines and a research and development technology center, which can dismantle 100,000 scrapped cars and treat 500,000 tons of aluminum scrap per year after production and generate an output value of 5.5 billion yuan (850 million US dollars) and a profit and tax of 270 million yuan (41.72 million US dollars).
Hauschulte, the global president of Scholz Group, the project partner, said at the site of the commencement ceremony that after the completion of the first phase of the project, 40,000 cars will be dismantled and 200,000 tons of aluminum scrap will be treated. After the completion of the second phase of the project, 60,000 cars will be dismantled and 300,000 tons of aluminum scrap will be treated.
