Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission Industry Development Department, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Raw Material Industry Department responsible co-chaired the special video meeting on key work of iron and steel industry in 2021. The key work of deepening the supply-side structural reform of the iron and steel industry in 2021 was introduced on the meeting, and key steel-producing provinces' (cities') Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's leaders gave opinions and suggestions, so as to further consolidate and improve the achievements of overcapacity reduction in steel industry and promote the high-quality development of the industry.
