CISA: Major steel mills' average daily steel products output records 2.02 million tons in early Feb

According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), major steel mills produced a total of approximately 20.18 million tons of steel products in early February 2021. The average daily steel products output was about 2.02 million tons, down by 8.13% month on month but up by 14.71% year on year.
In this ten-day period, major steel mills held about 14.47 million tons of steel products in stock, up by 705,500 tons or 5.13% from the previous ten-day period and up by about 2.85 million tons or 24.50% from the beginning of 2021, but down by about 4.05 million tons or 21.86% from the corresponding period of last year.
