It is reported that the construction of production building of CNBM's CdTe generation glass project was finished a few days ago. According to the schedule, the building of the main body of the joint workshop of the phase I project is expected to be completed in June this year, and the project managers strive to complete the construction and start commercial operation at the end of the year.
The total investment of the phase I project is about RMB1.8 billion (USD279 milion), and a production line of CdTe thin film power generation glass with an annual output of 300 megawatts will be built, with an estimated annual output value of RMB1 billion (USD155 million).
